Strict No-Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. By subscribing to HunoMenu, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Nature of Service

HunoMenu provides digital software services that are accessible immediately upon subscription. Because our service is digital and consumed upon access, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

2. Try Before You Buy

We offer a Free Tier and detailed feature showcases to allow users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage all users to utilize the free version to ensure the platform meets their requirements before upgrading.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for the same subscription period, please contact us at support@hunomenu.com within 48 hours. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a credit or refund for the duplicate amount only.

5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy unless required by local law in your jurisdiction.
