1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HunoMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Subscription & Payments
HunoMenu is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
3. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the content (menus, images, prices) you upload to HunoMenu. You must ensure you have the rights to use any media you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates local laws or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HunoMenu and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HunoMenu, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may result in temporary downtime.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
